IV Winter Youth Olympic Games in Gangwon

The Ukrainian team brought home two medals from the competition. For the first time in the history of the Winter Youth Olympic Games, Ukrainian athletes won two individual medals in a single competition day.

Let us remind you that from January 19 to February 1, 2024, 44 athletes from Ukraine competed in 12 disciplines: biathlon, alpine skiing, curling, cross-country skiing, Nordic combined, luge, skeleton, snowboarding, ski jumping, figure skating, freestyle skiing, and short track speed skating.
