We process data to respond to enquiries about films, campaigns, and production; maintain correspondence; improve the Site; and comply with applicable law in Ukraine.

By submitting the contact form, you confirm consent to processing on the terms of this Policy. The form cannot be sent without that consent.

Form data is delivered by email through Resend (processing may occur outside Ukraine with appropriate safeguards).
We retain correspondence as long as needed for the project or law, but not longer than reasonably necessary.
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to people involved in communication and technical support.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights (personal data protection).
